Incubator Utrecht - business center 'Alexander Numangebouw'

Since January 2004 De Uithof is home to a business center called the "Alexander Numan" building. The business center is being run by Stichting Incubator Utrecht and lets space to (start-up) companies in the life sciences.

The building has in total ten storeys and a total surface area of 8.500 square meters. Each storey has a number of offices, laboratories and lab-support rooms. Tenants can also make use of a large conference room with facilities.

Three storeys, more than 2.000 square meters in total, are being used as an Incubator facility exclusively for start-up life science companies.
