Who are the Utrecht Holdings?

The Utrecht Holdings have a small team of professionals, which you can access for legal services, patents, business advice on the territories of Life Sciences and ICT, as well as start-up support for businesses.

In the event that you have a patentable invention, or that you want to start a business, our team is equipped to help you. The Utrecht Holdings are responsible for protecting and commercializing intellectual property e.g. by licensing out intellectual property, as well as for starting up companies. They can also help with the exchange of confidential information and the transfer of (biological) materials. To sum up, for all services related to the exploitation of intellectual property and knowledge, the Utrecht Holdings are the experts!
